Not only is this book hilarious, it gives some great insights for folks who travel and run into unexpected and sometimes nasty situations. I enjoyed it immensely. You can download a sample to try, like I did, and then buy it if you liked it, which I did immediately. Great read.

Don't Leave Home Without It!

Much more than a travel book. Very good and very funny. The authors aren’t trying to “game” the system. They just don’t want the system gaming them. This is one of those books that will pay for itself many times over by telling you how to get more bang for your buck by not being a victim or a sucker. And by making you proactive and positive about some of life’s unavoidable tribulations, it may save you from going nuts.

In June we stayed in the Hilton Garden Inn SI the night before my son's wedding. Unfortunately right above our room was another ballroom. We could hear and feel the music, dancing and even conversation until 1 am.
I wrote to Hilton corporate whose response was an apology, nothing else. That was in June.
After reading a few chapters your book, I decided to send a new letter to the SI HILTON and looked up a person of importance to address the issue. Bam... two days later, another letter of apology and a full refund...thanks Tom and Hedy! Book paid for itself!
