She has written and edited newsletters for several Clinical Research Organizations (CRO), created training curriculum for CRA/clinical research educational and training programs and has contributed website content for several research programs. She has been published in a number of clinical research magazines, and writes a monthly column for a large clinical research on line/print publication.

I started reading this book in an airport on one of my trips and by the time I landed I had finished it! I could not put it down. I could completely relate to the main character in this book having done clinical research while I was in college. I would highly recommend this book to anyone interested in clinical research and the medical field. I hope the author writes a sequel to this book!

While this was a short read, it was funny and quirky. I could really relate to the main charters adventures into an unknown with a new job. Really hoping to see a sequel.

Fun and Insightful!

This book will keep you up all night reading! I instantly felt a connection with the main character, although I am not from a medical background. I am new to clinical research and this book helped me understand the industry - what it is like for clinical research staff when they participate in a study, the regulatory side of things, and so much more! With a topic involving something as gigantic as the pharmaceutical industry, it is nice to read something that does not overwhelm you. This book is written in a humorous, witty, and laid back manner. I would recommend it to anyone aspiring to work in the medical field, or someone who is not quite sure what direction they would like to take as a professional at any stage of life.
